Ofsted Report

Our most recent Ofsted inspection took place over two days on the 4th and 5th February 2025.  The report begins "The school has successfully established a strong culture of 'Care, Courtesy and Commitment alongside high expectations... there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere around the site. Pupils are respectful and courteous to others and well behaved in lessons and in social times."

The feedback within the report is hugely validating and highlights the quality of our provision and palpable sense of momentum within the school.  The two-day inspection specifially focused on the quality of education, curriculum design and planning, as well as the quality of behaviours, attitiudes and safeguarding provision.  We are especially proud that the inspectors recognised our high quality Leadership and Management in school, judging this to be 'Outstanding'.

During the inspection students were described as sharing "the school's high expectations for them" and that they are "well prepared for the future and life in modern Britian".  Staff were found to provide "thoughtful support for pupils who find meeting the school's high expections challenging" and that pupils and parents alike "value this care highly and work positively with the school".

We are incredible grateful for the unrelenting support and encouragenment of our parents and carers, who gave Ofsted an extremely positive view of the school, with 95% saying that their child is happy at our school, the second happiest school in Oxforshire over the past five years!
